There is only one "catch" with this affordable 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. You have to share it with one of the most talked about Pirates in recent history.  Ivan the Terrible.  He is full size and  hangs from the ceiling of the living room.  He doesn't eat much, but he drinks a lot and may scare small children.  He is a very good security system.
	Living room has fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD.  There is free WiFi  and stereo with CD and ipod, iphone connections.  All rooms have flat panel tvs and ceiling fans. Deck overlooking lagoon and bay has ceiling fan for those hot summer nights.  Living room also has sofa sleeper to sleep extra guest.
Kitchen is fully equipped and includes ice and water in door on the side by side fridge, microwave and dishwasher.  Prepare your meals while on vacation can a substantial amount of money. Of course you do need to to have at least one meal at Ivan's buddy  Peg Leg's Pete's place just a short walk away.

Steps to the pool and beaches.  Spend the day sunbathing on the gulf beaches or the calmer private beach in Baywatch.  The pool is great for a quick swim or an afternoon socializing with the guests and  neighbors. After spending the day in the sun, bring your fishing poles down to the fishing pier to catch an appetizing dinner.

The beach trolley can get you anywhere you want to go quickly.  It runs every 15 minutes and stops right in front of Baywatch.  Great for the kids, or just catching a ride to one of the free concerts at casino beach or the boardwalk. Click photo for dates in operation and exact times.
 

Just a short walk to either the Gulf of Mexico, pool or intercoastal waterway. (sound, bay)  Half the price of Gulf side condos plus you get two bodies of water to play in, bring your boat or jet ski and moor it near our fishing pier.  Stroll down to the National Gulf Islands Seashore just a few minutes down the road.   A 40-mile "multi-use" bike-pedestrian path now loops from Gulf Breeze to Pensacola Beach to Navarre Beach and back to the mainland. Along the way it parallels gorgeous sections of Live Oaks Park and the Gulf Islands National Seashore.
