Rental Information |
| The weekly rate is any 7 nights in a
row. Self check in after 3:00 p.m. and self check out at 10:00
a.m. Rates do not include 11.5% lodging tax. These are
third floor walk up units and are not handicap accessible. Any
reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to
forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money and the
party will not be permitted to check in. |

Payment Information |
| A deposit of $300.00 is due when you place the reservation. The deposit will be applied
towards your total rental amount. You will receive the keyless
entry code, security code,
rental agreement and an invoice for the balance 30 days prior to
your stay. |

Cancellation Policy |
| If you must cancel, do
so prior to 60 days so the condo can be re-rented. If condo is
re-rented you will receive your reservation deposit less $65.00
cancellation fee, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. If an
emergency occurs less than 60 days prior to your arrival and you
must cancel, please call ASAP and every effort will be made to
re-rent it. We strongly recommend purchasing
trip insurance. |

Severe Weather Policy |
| Refunds will be given on a case by
case basis. Mandatory evacuations for
Hurricanes will be refunded for the number of days the Island is
closed. We strongly recommend
purchasing trip insurance. |
|
Pet Policy |
| A mature, housebroken pet is allowed
with a $50.00 pet fee. They must be on a flea and tick program.
Condo association allows for pets under 10lbs. Pets are not allowed
on the beaches. |
|
Relocation |
| In the event property becomes
damaged, destroyed or sold, Sunkissed Vacations reserves the right
to relocate Tenant to a comparable unit at the discretion of
Sunkissed Vacations, or if Tenant prefers, a full refund will be
